美帆帆船委员会委员招募启事ㅣSYC Sailing Committee Members Recruitment

                                                                                                    尊敬的美帆会员们：
上海美帆游艇俱乐部一直致力于为会员们提供更好的服务，为了更好地完成这一目标，我们今年重新组建了帆船委员会，希望能在俱乐部各项事务上，包括但不限于俱乐部日常管理，赛事，培训等方面更多地听取会员们的意见，让会员和我们一同建设更专业，更人性化，更受欢迎的顶级帆船俱乐部。
目前，我们的委员会已经有了一些成员，他们都是一直以来非常支持俱乐部工作的各国资深会员和帆船手。但我们希望能有更多的会员参与进来，至少还需要5名新委员。
只要你是俱乐部的会员，热爱帆船运动，也希望向更多的人推广美帆俱乐部和帆船这项运动，我们就欢迎您的加入！
委员会定期会在市区召开委员会会议，每月或两月一次，一般是星期四的晚上，不会占用大家很多的时间。但这也需要我们的委员能够有一定的空闲时间，至少能保证每次会议都能够出席。
帆船委员会2017工作使命○如下
1.    委员会致力于推广并发展俱乐部作为一个友好，社交氛围浓厚，充满乐趣的，适于参加一切陆上及水上的家庭活动和帆船活动的地方。
2.    委员会的工作重点将是吸引和发展更多的会员和未来的帆船选手，推广俱乐部的赛事，培训，航行和社交活动。
3.    虽然委员会的工作主要围绕帆船展开，但不能忽视在俱乐部进行其他水上运动和活动的参与者。
4.    安全永远是俱乐部的头等大事。委员会应向所有俱乐部帆船手和参加俱乐部各类无论是水上或岸上的训练、活动或赛事的人员强调用船安全，并进行安全知识宣传。
5.    志愿者是俱乐部生活和社群的核心部分。委员会将致力于鼓励所有人成为俱乐部活动的志愿者，让新会员们知道他们有许多不同的方式可以参与到俱乐部的工作中来。
6.    作为一个活跃的美帆会员工作小组，委员会重视俱乐部的利益，并将代表会员们向俱乐部管理层提供支持，建议和反馈。

Dear SYC Members:

Shanghai Yacht Club & Resort has always been devoted to offering better service for members. In order to better accomplish this goal, we have reestablished Sailing Committee this year, hoping to get feedbacks for all aspects of the club from our members, including but not limited to club daily operation, club regatta, sail training, social event, etc. With your support, we’ll be more confident in building a more professional, member-friendly and popular top sailing club.
At the moment, we already have several people in the committee. All of them are members who have been strongly supporting club’s work all the time. But we still would like to invite more members to join us. We would love to welcome at least 5 new members.
As long as you are a member of SYC, passionate for sailing and wishes to promote the sport of sailing and Shanghai Yacht Club, you are sincerely welcomed to join the committee.
The committee has monthly meeting regularly, usually on Thursday evening. It will not take too much time; committee members should make sure that they attend the meeting every time.
Here is the SYC Committee Mission Statement

1.   To promote & develop Shanghai Yacht Club as a friendly, social & fun place to take part in all Sailing and Family Activities on and off the water.
2.    Our focus will be to promote the Club to encourage new members and future sailors and promote our Racing, Training, Sailing and social Events to the Shanghai Sailing Community.
3.    Although our focus is on Sailing, we must not neglect other water users and activities that we operate and share the waters with at the Club.
4.    Safety is our priority for everyone who uses the Club. We should promote Safe Boating and knowledge to the Sailors and participants in any of our training, events and / or activities on and off the water at the Club.5.    Volunteering is an essential part of our Club life and Community. We will strive to encourage everyone to volunteer whenever possible, and introduce new members to the various ways they can become involved with the Club.
6.    As an active working group of members with the best interests of the Club, we will offer support, advice and feedback to Club Management, on behalf of the Membership of the Club.
