1.规则
1.1 比赛遵循国际帆联2017-2020国际帆船竞赛规则（RRS）所撰述的帆船竞赛规则1.2 需遵循俱乐部会员相关规则
1.3 相关竞赛规则的更改和比赛的特殊要求，以6月3日船长会议告知为准。
1.4 因规则语言版本引起的争议，则以中文版本内容为主。
1.5 本次赛事竞赛通知和竞赛细则及其之后的更改。

3.1 稳向板帆船：op、Topaz、Omgea、Weta、红龙、Rs Visions

2017年6月3日星期六
9:30   报到（地点：俱乐部商务中心处）
10:30  船长会议（地点：俱乐部西餐厅处）
11:30  比赛开始（预计）
16:00 比赛结束
16:30   颁奖（地点西餐厅门口处）
5.报名
5.1 请至邮件或电话报名，截止时间6月2日，原则上不接受现场报名，在比赛日之前向组委会报名的方可记录比赛成绩。
5.2 如需午餐请在报名时预约。
6.费用
6.1  会员：免费。
6.2 非会员：100/人
6.3  使用俱乐部船只的押金1000
6.4  午餐50/人
7.比赛规程、资格
7.1 当天将会在船长会议上由总裁判长公布航行细则。
7.2 比赛当天16:00不再发下一轮起航信号。
7.3 各参赛组别不满三条船的将不记录成绩
7.4 此次竞赛项目为稳向板型小帆船因此参赛选手应当有一定的经验方可参赛
7.5 由于比赛当天天气等不可抗拒的因素的影响，赛事组委会有权取消比赛。
8、计分方法采用帆船竞赛规则低分计分法。
9.安全事项
9.1 各参赛船队及人员，人身和器材安全由各船队和人员自行负责，参赛人员必须穿着有效救生衣方可下水参赛否则赛事举办方将不负有任何责任。
10.免责声明参赛选手自己承担参赛的风险和责任。见规则RRS4-决定参赛。组委会不对赛事期间可能发生的任何人员伤亡，器材损坏和丢失责任。
11. 备注本次赛事是春季系列赛最后一场，比赛当天结束后会在俱乐部西餐厅门口处进行颁奖，欢迎大家踊跃参与。
