雅克·法布尔越洋赛举行测试赛10月25日，超过20艘IMOCA单体帆船在法国港口城市勒阿弗尔进行试航。2015年的雅克·法布尔越洋赛是新老两代赛船的首次正面对决——加装L型衬片的新型赛船和使用传统匕首形中插板的赛船将一较高下。On Sunday 25 October at 12:30 GMT, a fleet of some twenty IMOCA monohulls will set sail from Le Havre to compete in the Transat Jacques Vabre. The 2015 edition of the famous double-handed transatlantic race, bound for Brazil, marks the first official confrontation for the boats from the new and the old generation, in other words, those equipped with foils against those with classic daggerboards.

The two co-skippers are safe and-have taken shelter inside the 80ft trimaran.

The decisions became official on Thursday at US Sailing’s Annual Meeting in Dallas at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. Cory Sertl (Rochester, N.Y.) was elected Vice President of US Sailing.

2015国际帆联年会在三亚举行11月7日，2015国际帆联年会在海南三亚举行。本次会议为期8天，全球航海界齐聚海南，共同商讨帆船事务以及做出一系列将在2016年带领帆船运动继续前行的重要决定。The International Sailing Federations's 2015 Annual Conference has commenced in Sanya, China. From 7-14 November 2015 the world of sailing will gather on the Chinese island of Hainan to talk about the business of sailing and make the decisions that take the sport forward into 2016 and beyond.  


雅各·法布尔跨大西洋帆船赛-“PRB”号获IMOCA组单体船冠军11月11日12时52分，“PRB”号缓缓驶过两年前曾在此夺冠的终点线，成功复刻了他们在雅各·法布尔帆船赛中的辉煌。由来自法国的文森特·里奥和赛博·科尔共同率领的PRB号由此夺得了IMOCA组别的冠军。Transat Jacques Vabre – In something of a carbon copy repeat of his success in 2013, gliding across the same finish line, Vincent Riou (FRA), sailing PRB with co-skipper Seb Col (FRA) finished first IMOCA monohull in the 5400Nms TJV when they took their winning gun at 12:52.24 (UTC) (+5hrs local time) today.

Where the crew for last year’s first outing numbered 24, this year it will be just 19 or 20. That means she should be at least 500 kg lighter.

A night under the stars in Sanya, China set the scene for the 2015 ISAF Rolex World Sailor of the Year Awards. Determination, persistence and the pursuit of excellence were clearly shared among the impressive list of nominees for this year's awards. Sarah Ayton（GBR）, Peter Burling and Blair Tuke（NZL）named ISAF Rolex World Sailors of the Year.

聚焦三亚国际帆联年会-赛事官员委员会通过新的组织分级制度11月12日，在海南三亚举行的2015年国际帆联（ISAF）年会进入第6天，国际帆联赛事官员委员会于当日通过了新的人员组织系统和重要赛事的人员分级制度。他们还任命了首批国际技术代表，名单将在今日公布。The Race Officials Committee approved the grouping system for classification of officials at major ISAF events. They also appointed the first batch of international classifiers and international technical delegates. 雅各·法布尔帆船赛为巴黎恐怖袭击遇难者致哀
11月15日，巴黎恐怖袭击发生后第二天，从法国出发的雅各·法布尔跨大西洋帆船赛在终点伊塔雅伊降半旗，向遇难者致哀。所有的赛事组织者、水手、岸上团队、参赛人员家属和亲友都对袭击表示震惊和悲痛，并向祖国同胞和身在巴黎的亲友表达安慰和同情。Paying respect to the victims of the attacks in Paris last night, Itajaí has all its flags at half mast. Race organisers, skippers, shore teams, families and friends attached to the race have all been very shaken and saddened by these events and all sympathise with their compatriots, families and friends in the city of Paris.

As the front, which brought winds of up to 80 knots, passes to the east, conditions are now easing with maximum gusts expected to be no more than 40 knots.

Jury chair Bill Dixon presented the overall DAME award to the Lume On™ LED light from Spinlock and the Electric Stabilising Fin and Interceptor System from Humphree during the opening ceremony of the METSTRADE show in RAI Amsterdam.

As a successful sailor and coach, Alison is currently the Head Coach of the US Paralympic Sailing Program and Chair of the Para World Sailing Committee. Alison is well known for bringing new sailors into the sport at grass roots level – much more than simply taking sailors out on the water for an initial experience.

The careers and contributions of two Volvo Ocean Race legends have been celebrated at the ISAF Annual Conference in Sanya, China. Sailing’s governing body has announced that it is inducting the late Sir Peter Blake (NZL) and Torben Grael (BRA) into the World Sailing Hall of Fame – the highest honour in the sport. Sir Peter Blake is synonymous with the Volvo Ocean Race, having participated not only in the first ever iteration of this round the world marathon, but in a further four editions as skipper, spanning two decades.

雅各·法布尔跨大西洋帆船赛决出Multi50组冠军巴西当地时间11月11日10:59:13，由来自法国的埃文·勒罗和来自意大利的吉尔卡洛·佩多特共同驾驶的“FenêtrêA-Prysmian”号三体船在微风中驶过伊塔雅伊的终点线，赢得了2015雅各·法布尔跨大西洋帆船赛Multi50级别的冠军。Transat Jacques Vabre – Erwan Le Roux (FRA) and Giancarlo Pedote (ITA) on FenêtrêA-Prysmian crossed the finish line off Itajaí, Brazil this Wednesday 11th November at 10:59hrs and 13secs UTC (+5hrs local) in light wind conditions to win the Multi50 division.  


聚焦三亚国际帆联年会-赛事官员委员会通过新的组织分级制度11月12日，在海南三亚举行的2015年国际帆联（ISAF）年会进入第6天，国际帆联赛事官员委员会于当日通过了新的人员组织系统和重要赛事的人员分级制度。他们还任命了首批国际技术代表，名单将在今日公布。The Race Officials Committee approved the grouping system for classification of officials at major ISAF events. They also appointed the first batch of international classifiers and international technical delegates. 雅各·法布尔帆船赛为巴黎恐怖袭击遇难者致哀
11月15日，巴黎恐怖袭击发生后第二天，从法国出发的雅各·法布尔跨大西洋帆船赛在终点伊塔雅伊降半旗，向遇难者致哀。所有的赛事组织者、水手、岸上团队、参赛人员家属和亲友都对袭击表示震惊和悲痛，并向祖国同胞和身在巴黎的亲友表达安慰和同情。Paying respect to the victims of the attacks in Paris last night, Itajaí has all its flags at half mast. Race organisers, skippers, shore teams, families and friends attached to the race have all been very shaken and saddened by these events and all sympathise with their compatriots, families and friends in the city of Paris.

As the front, which brought winds of up to 80 knots, passes to the east, conditions are now easing with maximum gusts expected to be no more than 40 knots.  




雅各·法布尔帆船赛-“守护者”号夺得“40”级组别冠军18日晚间20时40分，Yannick Bestaven和Pierre Brasseur驾驶的“守护者号”（Le Conservateur）越过位于巴西伊塔雅伊的终点线，击败竞争对手“V and B”号成为首艘完赛的“40”级帆船。Yannick Bestaven and Pierre Brasseur sailing their Guillaume Verdier designed Le Conservateur won Class 40 in the 5400NMs two handed Transat Jacques Vabre when they crossed the finish line off Itajaí, Brazil at 2040hrs and 09secs UTC this Wednesday evening to conclude a long, tense duel with Maxime Sorel and Sam Manuard on the 2015 Manuard designed V and B.

Jury chair Bill Dixon presented the overall DAME award to the Lume On™ LED light from Spinlock and the Electric Stabilising Fin and Interceptor System from Humphree during the opening ceremony of the METSTRADE show in RAI Amsterdam.

The launch will mark just over one month until the Boxing Day start of one of the world’s most famous yacht races.  




贝西·艾莉森荣获国际帆联主席发展贡献奖在国际帆联2015年度年会上，来自美国的贝西·艾莉森被授予国际帆联主席发展贡献奖，以表彰她对残疾人航海事业所做的杰出贡献。贝西现任美国残疾人航海项目的首席教练以及世界残障航海协会主席。艾莉森以引领草根选手步入帆船运动而闻名，她不仅仅是带人们出海体验航行，而是持之以恒地深入推广帆船运动。Betsy Alison (USA) has been awarded the ISAF President's Development Award for her outstanding achievement in the development of Para World Sailing in 2015. As a successful sailor and coach, Alison is currently the Head Coach of the US Paralympic Sailing Program and Chair of the Para World Sailing Committee. Alison is well known for bringing new sailors into the sport at grass roots level – much more than simply taking sailors out on the water for an initial experience.


两位沃尔沃环球赛名宿入选全球帆船名人堂11月13日，国际帆联2015年度年会宣布两位沃尔沃帆船赛的传奇人物入选全球帆船名人堂，以表彰他们优异的帆船生涯和对帆船运动作出的杰出贡献。他们分别是来自新西兰的彼得·布莱克和来自巴西的托尔本·哥拉尔。彼得·布莱克是沃尔沃环球帆船赛历史上不得不提的传奇人物，他不但参加了这项环球马拉松的首届赛事，并且四度以船长身份出战，参赛生涯横跨20年。

The careers and contributions of two Volvo Ocean Race legends have been celebrated at the ISAF Annual Conference in Sanya, China. Sailing’s governing body has announced that it is inducting the late Sir Peter Blake (NZL) and Torben Grael (BRA) into the World Sailing Hall of Fame – the highest honour in the sport. Sir Peter Blake is synonymous with the Volvo Ocean Race, having participated not only in the first ever iteration of this round the world marathon, but in a further four editions as skipper, spanning two decades.

More than 500 delegates met on the Chinese island of Hainan from 7 – 14 November to make the decisions that will shape the future of sailing into the new year.
