【课程介绍】
Basic Keelboat Sailing Standard (ASA 101)龙骨帆船驾驶基础课程（ASA101）
Prerequisites: None先修课程：不需要有任何帆船背景知识就可以学习本门课程
Description: Demonstrated ability toskipper a sloop-rigged keelboat of approximately 20 to 27 feet in length by dayin light to moderate winds and sea conditions. Knowledge of basic sailing terminology,parts and functions, helm commands, basic sail trim, points of sail, buoyage,seamanship and safety including basic navigation rules to avoid collisions andhazards. Auxiliary power operation is not required.
课程综述：在适宜的风力及海况下，船员无需指导应能在日间驾驶长度约为20-27 英尺的单桅龙骨帆船在适宜的风力和海况下自由航行。掌握基础的帆船术语，帆船部件和功用，操舵口令，基本的控帆术语，风向角，浮标制度，船艺和安全措施（包括基本的航行规则）。本课程使用的船只不需要任何外辅助动力。
Basic Coastal Cruising Standard (ASA 103)龙骨帆船沿岸航行基础课程
Prerequisites: Basic Keelboat Sailing (ASA 101) Certification. ASA103 certification requires demonstration of ASA 101 knowledge and skillsstandards. ASA recommends a minimum of 24-40 sailing hours before undertakingASA 103. 先修课程：龙骨帆船基础课程 (ASA 101)。
ASA 103 要求学员能熟练掌握ASA101课程的知识和技能。ASA建议至少有24-40小时的航行时间，才学习本课程。
Description: Demonstratedability to skipper a sloop-rigged auxiliary powered (outboard or inboardengine) keelboat of approximately 25 to 35 feet length by day in moderate windsand sea conditions. Knowledge of cruising sailboat terminology, basic boatsystems, auxiliary engine operation, docking procedures, intermediate sailtrim, navigation rules, basic coastal navigation, anchoring, weather forecastinterpretation, safety and seamanship.
课程概述：能在日间驾驶长度为25-35英尺的有辅助动力（船内引擎或船外引擎）的单桅龙骨帆船，在适宜的风力和海况下自由航行。掌握巡航帆船术语、基本船载系统、辅助动力操作、沿岸导航、锚泊、气象、安全和船艺。
